Trish loves the body, movement and most importantly people. She started as a physiotherapist in private practice straight out of university and hasn’t looked back since.

With ample experience as a Pilates instructor all over Sydney, Trish has treated a wide range of individuals from the young elite athlete to the mature time-poor CEO. She has seen and done it all, and is therefore able to offer a one of a kind Pilates program tailored specifically to the body that is standing in front of her.

After graduating with a first-class honours from the prestigious University of Sydney, Trish went on to obtain the highest level of Pilates qualification from Polestar Pilates- a esteemed comprehensive rehab and studio Pilates qualification derived from the works of the founder of Pilates himself- Joseph Pilates.

With her blend of physiotherapy and Pilates knowledge, Trish is able to provide a personal Pilates experience that is second to none. In your session with her, you can expect an in-depth assessment of your distinctive strengths and deficits of which Trish will be able to expertly improve within each session.

You can be assured that each session with her will be customised to suit your unique needs and goals in order to get the most out of each hour you spend at our studio. Whether you want to start Pilates from a for the first time safely without risk of injury (or re-injury) or if you’ve been craving that extra personal push which is just not possible in a class setting, Trish is ready and capable to hold your hand throughout the process.
